Postage
• Where applicable, all postage is included within the cost shown on the website.
• The Wellbeing Collective will post your order within 14 working days of payment.
• Digital downloads are available immediately upon payment.

Return or exchange
The Wellbeing Collective do not accept returns and exchanges unless proof can be provided to show faulty or damaged product. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us via info@thewellbeingcollective.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Any faulty items must be dispatched back to The Wellbeing Collective Ltd within 30 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, TWBC can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Physical products e.g. Coaching cubes
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations
TWBC does not accept cancellations, however, please contact us via info@thewellbeingcollective.co.uk if you have any problems with your order.
